In 1992, the Sobeys/Empire Group hired A.P. Reid Insurance Stores to design and manage a group insurance program for their employees in Nova Scotia. A few Years later, we partnered to roll the program out to all their employees across Atlantic Canada. In 2005, we partnered with the Direct Protect Group to give us the additional resources and service capability to roll out the program to all of their employees across Canada.
Our professional expertise and genuine service over the years impressed Sobeys/Empire enough that we’ve been asked on several other occasions to design and manage specific insurance programs for their unique needs.
